Some frequently asked questions:

  1. 1.What is Kung Fu training like?

Chinese Shao-Lin Kung Fu is the oldest form of martial arts training with a history spanning 1500 years.  Our program trains mind, body and spirit with physical conditioning, breathing and meditation, and self-discipline.

Shao-Lin is great for the student whose goals include fitness and physical well-being - and the student who searches for the most complete form of martial arts training may both find a home with us at the Chinese Shao-Lin Center Los Angeles.

Come visit the Center during class hours and you can see what classes are like.  We’re always free to answer your questions.

  2. 2.How often do Shao-Lin students train?

We have programs tailored for casual students interested in fitness and physical well-being as well as more serious Martial Arts students.  Students may attend training as often as they like!
